Shift Supervisor
Job Description:

Supervise
Production Wafer Fabrication Operators.
-
Must
handle all job assignments, allocate resources and discipline.

Able
to report on shift productivity and performance.

Able
and willing to work flexible hours

Have
the ability to identify and solve problems
-
Interface
with Engineering and Maintenance groups who will request the
same resources and schedule them accordingly.
Job
Requirements:
-
5
years experience as a supervisor, or an equivalent combination
of education and substantial related experience, to include at
least a high school diploma or GED. A Bachelor's Degree
preferred.

Familiar
with Class 10,000 Clean Room procedures and policies.

Excellent
oral and written communication skills
-
Proficient
in Microsoft Word, Excel and able to navigate company computer
network. Should also be familiar with Manufacturing Execution
Systems such as Factory Works or PROMIS.
